the design
The dress is inspired by german landscape and traditionel craftmenship techniques.It combines shapes of waves, rivers and mountains of Saxon Switzerland with traditional/ typical „german“ chequered pattern. The pattern adaptes to the visual identity of the designer. It combines embroidery techniques with felting to create a textile that visualises tradition with modern adaption.
