Traditional Romanian ornament inspires pixelated layers, while black evokes mourning, memory, absence, and resilience, expressing cultural continuity through contemporary design.
Slovakia
The purity and simplicity of white linen combined with the luxury and sheen of silk. Two different worlds, united into one.
Slovenia
A contemporary take on Slovenian folk dress, where traditional elements become fragments of a new silhouette. The recognizable white blouse, woven scarf, red carnation and rich pleated skirt are reassambled into a modern look of a little black silk dress and an upcycled bomber. The carnation is extracted from the folk costume and reduced to a single graphic detail on the black silk dress.

The concept is conveyed through an amalgamation of the traditional female-associated chitenge wrapper (rectangular fabric with vibrant print designs, draped around the body for modesty and clothing protection) with classic “western” workwear, typically worn almost exclusively by men who have better chances of finding formal employment in industries like mining, construction work or agriculture.
Bahrain
This bridal couture blends traditional craftsmanship with luxury of Thai silk, celebrating both rich cultures, the warmth of the people, and the pride of our nations.

JOY OF DARKNESS FLOWER I am very pleased to collaborate with Thai silk textiles. My work will project a new and unique look by combining Thai silk with our local silk. My design is a tribute to the Thai Queen. I am inspired by nature, and the entire collection symbolizes a flower, expressing all my love and respect for the Queen. I hope that my conceptual fashion outfits will combine the distinctive drape and texture of Thai silk and local silk with a unique design, creating a multicultural fashion piece with a modern design expression.
Bhutan
1.“Our unique men’s attire embodies empowerment by celebrating the timeless values and respect that men hold for their traditional clothing. By thriving in the fast fashion world, we honour the resilience of these garments, unchanged since the 17th century, and offer a proud expression of cultural heritage.” 2.“We empower individuals by blending Thai silk with the age-old attire of Bhutan, creating a harmonious celebration between two countries. This fusion not only showcases resilience in preserving tradition but also adapts to modern fashion, allowing men to wear their heritage with pride and confidence.”
Brunei
the “Kipas,” a traditional hand fan symbolising grace and unfolding power, this design pairs sculptural black Thai silk with fluid metallic Blue Malay songket. Each textile retains its identity, reflecting heritage and modernity, softness and strength. True to NA FORRÉR’s DNA, their interplay creates presence without heavy embellishment.
